We Respectfully point out that the cottage is a TOTALLY NON-SMOKING establishment. To secure the cottage we ask for a 25% deposit. Payment by cash or cheque made payable to Joan Sartain

Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-returnable in the event of cancellation unless we are able to re-let the cottage. We recommend all our guests to take out the inexpensive Guest First insurance policy. All cancellations made within three days of the booking date will be charged in full
